1. How do I apply for a live account?

You can apply for an online account by clicking here. You will be asked to complete a simple application form and upload your proof of address and identification. Once submitted and your account has been approved, you will be provided with the trading platform and your personal log in details.

2. How do I open a free demo account?

In order to gain a practical understanding of foreign exchange trading, there is no better way than to open a forex demo account, where you can experience what it's like to trade the forex market without risking any capital.

3. What documents do I need to provide to open an account?

To complete your application you will be required to send us valid proof of identification and proof of address which must be dated within the last 3 months.

Acceptable proofs of identification are:

  1. Valid Passport (for certain countries we may accept a national ID card)
  2. Proof of address – This should be in the form of a bank statement or utility bill (Gas, Water, Electricity)

Please note for certain countries we may require additional proof of address. Please note mobile phone bills are not accepted.

4. How can I transfer funds?

For you convenience ICM Capital offer you several ways in which to transfer funds, either by Bank transfer to one of our selected accounts or by Credit Card.

5. How can I make a withdrawal?

Please visit your ICM Access account to make a withdrawal. Whilst we will action withdrawals as quickly as possible and normally the same business day, once the funds leave your account the banking system usually takes up to 3 - 5 working days to return the funds back into your bank account. In some rare cases the banking system might take longer to process your withdrawal, if this is the case please contact Client Services at clientservices@ICMCapital.co.uk or call us on +44 207 634 9770.

ICM Capital will only return funds to clients in the same manner in which they were received for example if you have credited your account via Credit card you may be restricted in receiving withdrawals via Credit Card. ICM Capital may require a credit card statement as proof of ownership of the card in question. The Cardholders first and last name must and the last four digits of the card must be easily read in order for the statement and the card to be acceptable.

This is an added layer of protection for our clients as ICM Capital actively seek to prevent online identity fraud.

6. I have forgotten my user name/password

To reset your log in or password details please complete our password reset form and send it to clientservices@ICMCapital.co.uk.

7. How can I change my personal details?

To change your contact details please complete our change of details form and send it to clientservices@ICMCapital.co.uk.

8. How do I open a partnership account?
